This is my absolute favorite pepper. it has a slight touch of heat but mostly it's just a delicious long thin pepper. If any of these make it into the house, they go into our dinner salads and/or get pickled. They start green and turn a bright red when fully ripe. This plant produces so many peppers that you MIGHT have a hard time keeping up, but I doubt it. BTW- Corno Di Toro means Bull's Horn or Cow's horn. I just think Corno Di Toro feels more classy!
